    Outcome with hair is standard but their service could use work. Ive never felt more rough handled which is leaves me with a worse feeling due to the price tag (which is almost double that of my local in Sydney). From the wash which left soap in my left ear, tugging my head around during the blow dry, the scratching of my face while brushing the hair around my face and to even being stabbed in the throat by the hairdressers' long nails (trying to comb my hair back). The hairdresser did not seem apologetic or even notice the grimaces on my face every time. Would not recommend.

    Have been here numerous times in years gone by and can not speak highly enough of the quality of the hair cuts as well as the service. Staff are always friendly and love to have a chat. Hairdressers are very experienced and have been excellent to my family and I for years. Wait time is never long, usually grab a coffee and then it's my turn so it's very efficient in this salon. Would definitely recommend to everyone if you're in need to a hair cut while you're at Garden City!
