Was on hold for 20 minutes while they looked for a top I asked to be put on hold, which I saw an hour before in the store. The section they had to look in was approx 1.5 meters wide with 1 rack. They still couldn't find it. I then went into the store because I was fed up. And found the top within 20 seconds. Staff were so rude. And extremely clueless about all of their products. They have zero product knowledge, for example or knowing they stocked that brand! Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to me. Same girl every time.
