  I hate going here but have no choice. The staff members are friendly and usually fix my problems quickly once they see you - its the system that I hate. I have to book appointment up to ten days in advance only to arrive and be directed to a queue to check in - five minutes - and then directed to a seat to wait for another 15 mins - no amount of smiles and upbeat pretense can hide the poor customer service.

  Went into the apple store in Booragoon today and got served by Matt who did a fantastic job , fixed 2 phones in a short period of time , with a smile on his face and couldnt be more helpful! :) Good on you Matt.
